Today we are #blessed to be joined by Kerby Mahasi, a co-founder of Metro Therapy in #Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city. Kerby has been heavily inspired to help Kenyans return back to the healthy lifestyles the area once knew before colonialism and capitalist mindsets took root. I met him at an awesome co working space called Bongo Sawa, which means like minds in Swahili.
Today’s background #music is the Smooth chill hip hop nostalgic vibes mix by Stay See on Youtube. And the brief music break was Bleed by Kerby and Janice Iche
